Approach to Therapy & How I Work
I offer a safe and calm space where you can explore your issues with complete confidentiality. I usually work face to face on a weekly basis. I also work virtually using Zoom or WhatsApp. My starting point is you, and what you want from our therapeutic relationship. I offer both short term and longer-term, depth counselling and psychotherapy to support you in finding new direction or meaning in your life.
Special interests
I have a special interest in how we can develop more creative responses to our lives. I have worked as as a psychotherapist,and previously an organisational consultant in innovation, exploring how past difficulties can limit our current possibilities .
